building relationships with our Clients and making sure that they are happy.

Robin Bigger – Emergency Services Consultant
Following a long and rewarding career with NI Fire & Rescue Service, latterly as Head of Control & Operational Communications, I have joined the 3tc team as their Emergency Services Consultant. I am proud that together with 3tc colleagues I can continue my lifelong passion of providing the very best possible life & mission critical control room and ‘at incident’ solutions to those at the sharp end, where seconds along with resilient and effective applications really do count.
Previously as a senior fire officer, with responsibility for operational communications, I worked with many different suppliers and agencies on many different ‘blue light’ projects and I know from experience that 3tc’s applications, already trusted by many of the UK’s emergency services, really do provide world class solutions that absolutely do work for our equally world class emergency services. Being able to give that assurance about our solutions to emergency service colleagues is the focus of what I do at 3tc and is extremely important to me.
With lots of experience that includes Control Centre Management, C&C, Command Support, GIS, Strategic Response Planning, Training, Incident Management, Operational Communications, Incident Ground Technology, Solution Design, Project Management and Procurement, I provide first-hand experience and valuable insight of the ‘blue light’ world for the 3tc team.
Outside of work you could find me spending time on the beautiful North Coast of Northern Ireland or perhaps researching local history, cooking Sunday lunch or carrying out some DIY.
Fact: I have had a brief acting career in a local production, sung in a choir and am qualified as a CAA accredited emergency services UAS (drone) pilot.
