We have been providing incident management software for more than three decades and recently realised that the clever way that we simplify this process could benefit other industries. We have developed software that allows users to clearly demonstrate their duty of care procedures as well as documenting incidents and responses for future reference.

We have used our success in the Fire Market to evolve our Control Room Solution for Police. Working with a police force, we developed the unique functions used by Police and expanded on existing features such as the gazetteer and resource allocation.
